(May 15, 2017, Vancouver, B.C., Canada) - Rokmaster Resources Corp. ("Rokmaster" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Albert (Rick) Timcke to provide investor relations services, subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").
As a Vancouver based Entrepreneur and Financier, Mr. Timcke has specialized in the marketing, funding and administration and managing of publicly listed companies for more than 27 years. Mr. Timcke has held various positions in public companies from Investor Relations to being an Officer and Director. Previously Director and Consultant of LiCo Energy Metals Inc., August 2016 to February 2017; Investor Relations of Nevada Energy Metals Inc., August 2016 to February 2017; Director, President, CEO of Northern Lights Resources Corp., March 2007 - March 2015 and currently Executive Chairman as of March, 2015; Corporate Development/Investor Relations of Auracle Resources Ltd., August, 2012 -- October, 2012; President, CEO and Director of Tajiri Resources Corp., April 2011 - July 2012.
Pursuant to the agreement with Mr. Timcke with an effective date of May 15, 2017, Mr. Timcke will provide general marketing communications and investor relations services for Rokmaster under a three month term (the "Term") which may be extended by Rokmaster. Mr. Timcke will receive a fee of $5,000 (plus GST) per month for the duration of the Term.
Subject to approval by the Exchange and in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan, the Company will grant, within 45 days from May 15, 2017, incentive stock options to Mr. Timcke to purchase up to 500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company. The terms of the options are to be determined at a later date and subject to the Company's stock option plan and policies of the Exchange.
